Julie is the founder and owner of Clarity Realty, Greybridge Title, Porchlamp Property Management and The Julie GR Real Estate Team. Julie is a veteran of West Michigan real estate with almost 20 years experience and hundreds of homes sold.

Before pursuing a career in real estate in 2004, she was employed in public accounting. She left this lucrative career to become a REALTOR® for two reasons: a desire for a career that had closer contact with people and her love of real estate investing.

In 2009, she left a major real estate firm to start Clarity Realty and entered the world of being a broker.  As Clarity started to grow, she developed an additional passion of helping other agents reach their full potential though classes and mentoring. She also founded Greybridge Title so clients have a “one stop shopping” experience when buying a house.  Since she also is a strong believer in owning real estate, she owns several rental properties in the West Michigan and founded Porchlamp Property Management in 2020.

She has been married to Mark since August 4, 2000 and they have two boys, Ethan and Ryan and a daughter Jillian who are the joy of her life!

Her most notable hobby is that she loves to run! She has run over 13 marathons including Grand Rapids, Bayshore, Detroit, New York and most notable – the Boston Marathon four times!

Kim has a background in education, community service, and the arts. She is excited to be able to transfer skills gained through her past experiences and apply them to help you with your real estate buying or selling. Helping people fulfill life goals by investing in a home or selling property to move on to the next stage of life has been a natural progression for Kim. She truly enjoys helping people find the homes and properties that will enable their best lives. Likewise, her great interpersonal skills are an advantage when she engages potential buyers when selling homes and properties. Kim’s artistic talents give her a good eye for how to improve a home aesthetically. This is helpful when trying to visualize the potential in a house or when it is time to prep a house for sale.

Crystal joined Clarity Realty and the JulieGR Team in May of 2016. As Transaction Coordinator/office manager, Crystal works to ensure everything for the office runs smoothly. She also provides administrative professional support to Julie and Clarity agents as she assists in keeping important documentation organized. Crystal graduated from Grand Valley State University in 2010 with a degree in French Education and recently moved back to the Grand Rapids area from Phoenix, Arizona. Her teaching experience makes her a great fit for this position, as she is very skilled in multitasking, sticking to deadlines, and making certain that details don’t fall through the cracks. In her spare time, Crystal enjoys spending time with her family and friends and traveling as much as possible.

We can also add Julie’s husband Mark to this list as he does a lot for the JulieGR Team – probably too diverse to have an actual title! He helps out with everything from graphic design, web design, some social media posts (especially tries to contribute the dad jokes), computer consulting, work around the office, work on their rentals and supports (almost) all of Julie’s big ideas!

Most of his time, however, is spent at his main job as a Band Director at Spring Lake Public Schools.  He also directs the Calvary Church Orchestra, runs a lot and enjoys time with his great family!
